Brand-New Porsche 911 Turbo S Returned Dirty and With Faults After Service
I sent my brand-new Porsche 911 Turbo S (0 km) to Başaran Antalya Porsche Authorized Service for its annual maintenance. Even though the car hasn’t been driven, the oil change was not properly completed, and the warning lights that were on were never reset. My complaint was not resolved, yet I was forced to take delivery of the car in this condition.
When my tow truck arrived to pick it up, after the vehicle had been sitting at the service center for about a week, the car was returned to me dirty and without even a simple wash. On top of that, the tire pressure warning lights were still on when I received the car.
It is completely unacceptable that a car leaving a Porsche service center is handed back to the customer with warning lights on and in such a neglected, dirty state. This experience does not reflect the standards of a luxury brand like Porsche.
