Porsche Taycan Complaint: Rear Wheel Noise and Poor Customer Support
While driving my Porsche Taycan (license plate 35 *T 544) around 9:00 p.m., I hit a small pothole a bit harder than usual. Immediately afterward, I started hearing noises from the right rear wheel area every time I went over a bump. The sounds resembled metal scraping or striking, which alarmed me enough to pull over for safety.
I called the authorized Porsche service center, but they were of no help. Even after I explained that I could carefully bring the car in, they told me that no assistance could be provided at that hour. Left without options, I did not feel safe continuing my trip.
It is truly disappointing that a luxury global brand like Porsche provides such weak support in situations like this. A car of this caliber should not produce these noises after hitting a minor pothole, nor should customers be left stranded without help.
Out of frustration and disappointment, I have decided to put my newly purchased Taycan up for sale starting today and distance myself from Porsche altogether.
