On July 5th, 2025 at 23:39, I placed an order for a 2-person menu through Yemeksepeti, and the experience left me shocked by the lack of care shown. The Whopper and Chicken Royal burgers arrived completely smashed and unappetizing. Not a single sauce was included, and the 6-piece Chicken Tender was missing altogether. The fries were dry and cold—as if they had been sitting out for hours. The only thing that arrived correctly was the 1-liter cola, which says a lot. When I reached out for help, Yemeksepeti responded with standard phrases like “we are reviewing,” but nothing has been resolved. Neither the restaurant nor the platform has taken any responsibility. Customer service recites scripted responses and even ends the call abruptly. I feel ignored and upset, especially after paying in full for such a careless service.
