On Thursday, September 11, at 14:40, I placed an order through Yemeksepeti from Burger King for a menu (#y59i-xp2i), to be delivered to Beştepe Yaşam Caddesi, Ankara. The order was never delivered, yet the amount of ₺300.99 I paid has not been refunded. When I contacted Yemeksepeti customer service, I was told the order was marked as delivered, but no solution was offered. Despite clearly stating that I did not receive the order and explicitly requesting a refund, I was given no assistance. As a result, I have neither received the product nor the refund. This has caused serious inconvenience and represents a clear service failure. I request the immediate refund of ₺300.99 and expect urgent attention and a prompt resolution.
