On the evening of December 14, 2025, I placed an order through Yemeksepeti from the Popeyes square mall location for a Popeyes XL sandwich meal. In the order notes, I clearly stated that I am allergic to mayonnaise and specifically asked for the sandwich without mayonnaise. Despite this, the burger arrived with mayonnaise. In addition, although I paid extra for Mega-size fries, the fries were delivered as large size instead. When I weighed the fries using a precision scale, they were approximately 121 grams excluding the container, which is below the expected weight for a Mega size.

Even though I submitted a complaint through Yemeksepeti and uploaded photos, I was told that no issue was found with the fries. As compensation for the burger, a refund of $6 was issued. However, the price of the sandwich alone is around $8, and I had specifically requested a correct refund for the sandwich only. As a result, I did not receive the correct food, my refund was incomplete, and since I remained hungry that evening, I had to place another order. My order number appears in the app as #I9BB-izkj / #l9BB-izkj. Additionally, the system still shows my order status as “to be delivered.”

During my interaction with Yemeksepeti live support, the first customer service representative, R**** K***, abruptly ended the chat during the conversation. Later, Ms. S**** assisted me**, and I continued the process with her support. From Yemeksepeti, I expect an internal review of the communication issue, especially regarding R**** K***, and that the unreachable phone information for Popeyes listed in the app be updated. From Popeyes, I expect the incorrect and incomplete refund for this order to be corrected, and the full and accurate amount I paid to be refunded. I was put at risk and inconvenienced because my allergy note was ignored and because the fries I paid extra for were delivered both smaller in size and lower in weight, and I request that this grievance be properly resolved.
