Domino’s Order Marked Delivered but Pizza Never Arrived

On January 19, I placed a pizza order from the Domino’s Aliağa (İzmir) branch through the Domino’s mobile app, and I paid online through the application.
Even though about one hour passed, my order was never delivered. Despite this, the application incorrectly showed my order status as “delivered.”
I called the branch multiple times, but no one answered the phone. When I contacted the customer complaint hotline, I was simply told to “wait” and was given no concrete solution.
My order number is C807AD, yet my order never arrived and the payment I made has not been refunded.
I request that the full amount I paid for this undelivered order be refunded, and I also expect additional compensation for the serious inconvenience caused by this situation.
