Undelivered Burger King Order – Refund Request


On October 10, 2025, at 12:39 PM, I placed an order through Yemeksepeti from Burger King to my address in Üsküdar, İcadiye Mahallesi. My order was completely wrong — the delivered meal had nothing to do with the menu I selected. None of the items matched what I had ordered. I reported the issue to a live support agent named S*** U*** via Yemeksepeti’s chat service. She asked me for photos of the order, and I explained that I had already taken pictures when it arrived. However, because I couldn’t take a live photo at that exact moment, she tried to end the conversation. Later, I even went through the trash to find and send the photos, but she gave irrelevant responses and abruptly closed the chat. Despite me waiting and sending follow-up messages every few minutes, no proper solution was offered, and her attitude was quite rude. I’ve experienced similar indifference and unprofessional behavior before as well. I paid ₺371 via Setcard, and I am requesting a refund for the incorrect order. Moreover, I believe Yemeksepeti owes me an apology for this poor customer experience and the unacceptable communication style. I expect customer service representatives to be more attentive, respectful, and solution-oriented in their interactions.
