I am a user of BDG Win, and on March 2, 2026, at about 9:59 AM, I made a ₹5000 deposit to my game account. However, the amount has still not been credited.
The deposit was made under deposit order number RC2026030209593279700287c, and my game ID is 4605143.
Although the deposit shows as completed on my side, my BDG Win game balance has not increased, and I cannot use the money I deposited.
I contacted BDG Win customer support, but they only told me to wait. Despite waiting, nothing has changed, and the money is still not visible in my account.
I request that my missing ₹5000 deposit be credited immediately to my BDG Win game account linked to game ID 4605143, or that I be provided with a clear and prompt solution regarding this issue.
