Unauthorized Shell Charge Prompts Credit Card Fraud Complaint

On March 6, 2026, at 4:06 PM, a transaction in the amount of $722 was charged to my credit card without my knowledge or permission under the name Shell Alemdar Petrol.
I did not use my credit card for this purchase, and I definitely did not authorize this transaction, yet this amount was still charged to my card.
As soon as I noticed the transaction, I immediately blocked my QNB Finansbank credit card and submitted an official dispute form to the bank.
The transaction appears to be associated with alemdarpetrol.com, listed as TTS Commercial Fleet Premium Reseller, located at İçerenköy Mah., Döndü Sok., Yıldız Plaza No: Kat:** Ataşehir / Istanbul**.
I repeatedly called the contact numbers 0262 653, 0850 255, and 0549 122, but none of these phone calls were answered. I also sent multiple messages to the email address @turkiyetts.com and contacted their Instagram accounts, yet I have not received a single response.
In addition, I reported the situation to Shell Türkiye through Instagram, but neither the company nor Shell has provided any explanation, and my issue remains unresolved.
I clearly state that this transaction was carried out without my knowledge or consent, and I consider it to be credit card fraud. I do not accept this charge as belonging to me.
I demand that Shell Alemdar Petrol and the responsible dealer or related departments immediately refund the full amount of $722 charged to my credit card.
I also request that the matter be investigated transparently and that I be provided with a written explanation regarding this unauthorized transaction.
Otherwise, I will exercise all of my legal rights, pursue legal action, and file complaints with the appropriate authorities.

Alemdar Petrol responded both by phone and email. It was indicated that the refund process has started. The refund process was managed directly by firm official S*** P***, who took the initiative. If it weren't for Mr. S***, this refund wouldn't have happened. First and foremost, I thank Mr. S*** P*** and all Alemdar Petrol employees who took the initiative in favor of the customer on this matter. On the other hand, I must say that I was lucky. In TTS contracts, commitments and termination clauses, the relevant ministries and agencies need to be involved and re‑regulate. Expensive and peculiar hardships are occurring.
