On 10/12/2023, I received a message from 3699 indicating that my subscription was activated, even though I did not provide approval or log in to do so. I only became aware of this when I received my bill. I would appreciate it if Playweez officials could clarify this situation. I am seeking a refund of the 109 TL that was charged to my account as soon as possible. I canceled the subscription on the same day, which is today. Instead of engaging in such practices and taking money without consent, it would be more ethical if Playweez, like other companies, attracted users to its platform through advertisements and allowed them to subscribe voluntarily.

Hello, I do not want information; I want a refund of my money. I have sent you screenshots as proof. You say, "We are happy to assist you with any requests regarding our products," but then you say, "We will inform you if a result in your favor comes out after the review." I demand the immediate return of the money that was taken from me unjustly and improperly. If this is not done by you, I hereby state once again that I will file a complaint with BTK and CİMER. Thank you.
