Unauthorized Playweez Subscription Charged To My Line

A subscription fee of ₺239 was charged to my Türk Telekom line for a service called Veedz (Playweez), even though I never gave any consent or signed up for it. The message I received stated: “Password: 7056. Enter this password in the relevant field. Playweez subscription is ₺239/month and renews monthly. Info: 08502553699 b001.” However, I never subscribed, approved, or used this service. This unauthorized charge appeared on my November 2025 bill. My line is postpaid, and I’m worried that my family may face difficulties because of this. I request an immediate refund of the amount charged to my number 0546****783 and the complete cancellation of this unauthorized subscription. The invoice or subscription reference number is 08502553699. This is the first time I’ve experienced such a problem, and I have never subscribed to Playweez or any similar service. I haven’t been able to speak with any customer representative, and I ask for this issue to be resolved promptly and for measures to be taken to prevent it from happening again.
