Playweez Unwanted Charges Appear on My Bill

seemingly stemming from a collaboration between Türk Telekom and Playweez there are some charges that I didn't say yes to. I have received a message indicating a membership with an unclear signup date, accompanied by a charge of ₺110. Despite immediately sending a cancellation message upon receiving the notification, the charge is still on my bill. seeing how easily this charge is added to my bill and the fact that I don't know when or how the subscription started make me feel helpless. Sadly, it doesn't look like there is any other way to solve the problem besides switching operators. I'd like this amount to be refunded as soon as possible. We need you to pay immediate attention to this issue and find a quick solution.
