I Face PlayerUp Not Delivering Upwork Account After $55 Payment

I purchased an Upwork account from PlayerUp for $55 on March 15, 2023. It has now been four days, and the account has still not been delivered to me.

I submitted a support request through PlayerUp, but no one has responded. I want to cancel the order, but I am unable to do so. When I try to click the option to mark the sale for cancellation, the checkbox does not activate, and the cancellation process cannot be completed.

Because of this issue, I am stuck without either the account I paid for or the ability to cancel the transaction.
