An unauthorized charge was made by PlayerUp without my knowledge or consent. On July 8, 2024, $1,648 was charged to my QNB Finansbank credit card by PlayerUp for a transaction that is completely unrelated to me. This charge was processed without any SMS notification, password request, or verification code, and without my approval.
I am requesting that this transaction be canceled by PlayerUp. As of now, the charge has been pending (in authorization status) for 8 days. When I contacted QNB Finansbank customer service, they informed me that the pending transaction must be canceled by PlayerUp, as the merchant.
The transaction was made at 11:27 AM on July 8, 2024, but I was only notified by SMS 8 hours later at 7:27 PM. Since this charge was completed without any security verification and entirely without my consent, I formally request that PlayerUp immediately cancel this unauthorized transaction.
