I Face PlayerUp Holding My $174 Payment After Completed Account Sale
I sold my Nintendo Switch account through PlayerUp, and all parts of the transaction were completed smoothly. However, the intermediary platform, PlayerUp, has still not released my payment to me. On July 5, 2025, I last received a message on my support ticket requesting an alternative payment method. I requested payment in Bitcoin for $174. Since that date, the payment status has remained pending, with no progress.
I have been contacting the support team via Telegram. Previously, I received repeated delaying and dismissive responses, but for the past week, I have received no response at all.
