I Face Fraudulent PlayerUp Transaction Using My Card Details

On March 17, 2024, an unauthorized charge of $257.50 USD was made by PlayerUp to my QNB Finansbank credit card without my knowledge or consent. No 3D Secure verification or approval was requested for this transaction.

This charge occurred as a result of the unauthorized use of my card details. I have already reported this transaction to my bank and filed a formal dispute, clearly stating that my card information was used without permission. I am requesting that PlayerUp cancel the related order and issue a full refund for this unauthorized charge.
