Cold Pizza Delivered Late from Papa John’s via Yemeksepeti – Poor Customer Service

I ordered two large pizzas from Papa John’s through Yemeksepeti, and it took around 50 minutes to arrive. I called the store before the delivery, and they said it had just left. 18 minutes later, it finally arrived. I called again 15 minutes after my first call, asking how it was possible for a pizza to take so long for a 1 km distance. The person rudely replied, saying it’s impossible for the pizza to be cold and that if it was, he would personally bring it. Of course, when the pizzas arrived, they were both ice cold. I tried to reach the person who spoke to me, but he never came to the phone. I left a message, but no one followed up. When I contacted Yemeksepeti, all I got was an apology and a note taken. I’m incredibly disappointed with both Papa John’s for delivering cold, low-quality pizza and Yemeksepeti for not protecting its customers.
