On October 28, 2024, I placed an order for four Pirelli Cinturato Winter 225/45R17 94H XL M+S 3PMSF (2024) tires. I had them installed just yesterday, and immediately after installation, my car started shaking noticeably while driving. I took the car back for a balance check, and the technician confirmed that the balance was perfectly fine—the issue is clearly coming from the tires themselves. This is extremely frustrating, especially considering I spent ₺ on what I assumed were high-quality winter tires. I’ve never experienced this kind of issue right after a tire installation. I’m currently stuck with a car that vibrates constantly, making driving uncomfortable and potentially unsafe. I demand that Pirelli or the seller address this issue immediately—either replace the defective tires or offer a full refund without delay.
