Brand New Barum Bravuris Tires Failed on Highway
On 27.03.2024, I purchased 4 Bravuris tires (size 185/65/15) on the recommendation of the authorized dealer. On 28.07.2024, while driving on a clear highway without any potholes or debris, one of the tires failed unexpectedly. Fortunately, I avoided an accident, but the incident clearly shows how poor the quality of these tires is—this is a serious safety risk.
On 29.07.2024, I took the tires to the dealer for inspection, and they assured me they would send them for warranty evaluation. As of today, 05.09.2024, there has been no update or progress. I waited patiently until now, but this is unacceptable. I will pursue all my legal rights to the fullest extent from this point forward.
