I purchased four Bridgestone 195/65R15V all-season tires through Hepsiburada. About a month ago, I noticed cracks on the tire surfaces and tread separation appearing on all four tires.
After identifying the problem, I contacted Bridgestone customer service, and they directed me to an authorized dealer to open a warranty claim. I provided all the requested photos, and the claim was submitted through the dealer. However, I have not received any updates since then. When I called again to check the status, I was told, “You haven’t received a response yet?” — which was quite frustrating.
I was later informed that I must remove the tires and leave them at the dealer for further inspection to determine the cause of the damage. However, during this process, my car would be left without tires, and no temporary solution or support was offered, leaving me at a disadvantage.
I paid ₺9,400 including VAT by credit card for these tires. I request that my case be reviewed promptly, that Bridgestone handle this process transparently, and that my inconvenience be resolved quickly.
