Pierre Cardin Sent Incorrect Sized Order

Since my days as a student, I have remained a dedicated patron of Pierre Cardin. On May 4, 2024, I made a purchase for two pairs of pants from their online store. I chose the sizes with great attention, using the size chart provided on the website. However, when I received the items, I discovered that the pants marked as size 40 were significantly larger than the measurements indicated on the chart. Upon reaching out to customer service, I was advised that returns were the only form of accepted transactions. Meanwhile, I observed a significant increase in the prices of the items. I kindly request assistance in resolving this sizing issue, for which I am not responsible.
