Pierre Cardin Product Deformation And Refund Request
On June 13, 2024, I purchased two pairs of jeans from the Pierre Cardin Store. I wore one of the products for four days and observed that the product expanded at the knee areas and in the thigh and leg regions independently of the Lycra (stretching) effect. The jeans continued to expand after being washed according to the usage instructions and the information provided by the store employee. I returned the product to the store for exchange or refund. The store stated that the product needed to be sent to the center for inspection, and it was sent for review. The inspection report from the center indicated that the product had faded and expanded, but my complaint was solely about the expansion. The report stated that the product had passed the tests, but my jeans have expanded in the thigh, knee, and leg areas. The other pair of jeans I purchased had the same issue and was returned immediately since it was only tried on for fitting purposes and not used. While the unused jeans were refunded, I request a refund for the defective pair. For the reasons mentioned above, I request a refund for the defective jeans. I seek resolution for my grievance in this matter. Sincerely,
