Can’t Reach Customer Service After Returning Pierre Cardin Items
On October 31, I purchased several underwear items from Pierre Cardin’s own website, and since the sizes didn’t fit, I returned them. The items met the return conditions, and my return tracking number is 27582471001900. Even though the items reached the company and 20 days passed, neither a refund was issued nor any notification given to me.
During the return process I called customer service using the number listed on their site. I followed the prompts to obtain a return code and shipped the items to the courier company accordingly. However, since that day I’ve been unable to reach customer service; the phones do not answer and I have not received any response in any form.
I am requesting that my refund be processed as soon as possible.
