Paid Premium Price, Pierre Cardin Pants Faded
On September 15, I delivered two pairs of pants purchased from the Pierre Cardin brand at a branch in Van Center for warranty inspection due to color fading. Since that day, I have received no information whatsoever, nor have I been given a clear update on where the pants are.
I received no follow-up from the store or customer service. When I handed over the products, I was not given a tracking receipt or number. I purchased the items for a total of $43.
I request that my color-fading complaint be considered under warranty, that the process be concluded immediately, and preferably that I receive a refund; if that is not possible, I ask for a replacement with products of equal value. Additionally, I ask for written updates on the current status and location of my items.
There has still been no response. My pants are lost.
