I Face Color Fading Problem on Victoria’s Secret Pajama Set After First Wash

I purchased a strappy pajama set (order number: 786uv1973V) from the Victoria’s Secret online store. On September 23, I washed it exactly according to the care instructions—on a delicate cycle at 30°C. However, after washing, I noticed significant color fading on the fabric. There are no other issues with the product, only the loss of color.

After this happened, I contacted customer service. During the first call, they said they would look into the issue, but the next day they called back and informed me that no action could be taken.

It’s unacceptable for a product to fade this badly after just one proper wash. I request either a replacement or a full refund for the item. I kindly ask that my complaint be resolved and that my loss be compensated.
