Pierre Cardin's Disappointing Product Quality and Customer Value

I purchased a black denim from the Pierre Cardin (Aydınlı Group) seller on Hepsiburada.com. Following the washing instructions precisely, the color of the pants completely faded after just one wash. Upon contacting customer service, they advised me to send the product to them. I complied, using their affiliated courier service.

After approximately 7-10 days, I received a response on an unsigned and unsealed A4 paper, claiming that the fabric's nature caused the fading, deeming it a normal occurrence. This response lacked both professionalism and accountability. I strongly advise against purchasing Pierre Cardin products; you might end up as a victim. Moreover, customer value and satisfaction seem to be absent from their dictionary.
