After approximately 7-10 days, I received a response on an unsigned and unsealed A4 paper, claiming that the fabric's nature caused the fading, deeming it a normal occurrence. This response lacked both professionalism and accountability. I strongly advise against purchasing Pierre Cardin products; you might end up as a victim. Moreover, customer value and satisfaction seem to be absent from their dictionary.
