I have no membership, purchase, or payment authorization with this company. On my statement, the transaction appears directly as “Picmagic,” and it was carried out entirely without my permission; this is the first time I have ever experienced such an issue.
Immediately after discovering the transaction, I called my bank and had my card canceled. The order number shown under the Picmagic transaction is P68d5a8fce4b051fa8d015da9. Since I have no connection whatsoever with this transaction, I request that the $59 USD withdrawn from my card be refunded to me as soon as possible and that a full investigation be conducted with proper feedback provided.
