I Have No Account With PicMagic but They Keep Trying to Charge Me
Even though I have no connection with PicMagic, on September 17, 2025, an attempt was made to withdraw ₺959.40 from my card without my authorization. The transaction was declined due to insufficient funds, but the same withdrawal attempt was repeated three times within a week. For security reasons, I had to cancel my card, but I’m worried that these unauthorized charge attempts could continue and put my new card at risk as well.
I tried to contact PicMagic’s support team, but received no response. I also have screenshots of the bank notifications and transaction attempts as evidence.
I demand that all my personal and payment information be permanently deleted, and that unauthorized use of my data be prevented immediately. I also request that PicMagic take the necessary measures to ensure that such fraudulent charge attempts do not happen again.
