Scam Alert — PicMagic Charged My Card Without Subscription

On August 29, 2025, a charge of ₺1,599 was made to my credit card by PicMagic, even though I have never used their service. I have no account, no subscription, and no purchase history associated with PicMagic. This is the first time I’ve encountered such an issue, and I am now worried that similar unauthorized charges could happen again.

I am requesting that this unauthorized transaction be immediately investigated and that the ₺1,599 charged to my card be fully refunded. I expect a clear explanation and assurance that such unauthorized withdrawals will not occur in the future.
