On the night of August 16, ₺1,599 was withdrawn from my bank card without my authorization through the PicMagic website. A few days earlier, I had only made a ₺5 one-time payment for a single photo edit, and I did not approve any subscription or recurring charge. This large withdrawal was made entirely without my knowledge or consent.
I tried to contact PicMagic customer support, but I received no reply. My account does not have any active subscriptions, and I have since canceled all potential auto-renewals. I have experienced a similar situation on another platform before, and I received a refund there. I expect the same fair resolution here.
I request that this issue be investigated urgently and that the unauthorized ₺1,599 be refunded to my account as soon as possible. Once the issue is resolved, I also plan to permanently close my PicMagic account.
