PicMagic Unauthorized Charge — No Subscription or Confirmation Received

On August 9, 2025, I made a ₺5 payment on PicMagic using my bank card to convert a file format. However, the next day, a ₺1,599 charge was made to my account without my knowledge or consent. I did not start any subscription, nor did I authorize such a transaction. Furthermore, I did not receive any invoice, notification, or confirmation message regarding this withdrawal.

This is the first time I have experienced such an issue, and although I tried to contact PicMagic customer support, I was unable to reach them. I request that the unauthorized ₺1,599 charge be refunded to my account immediately and that this issue be investigated to prevent it from happening again.
