PicMagic Charged My Card Without Consent
On September 11, 2025, at 8:06 PM, ₺959.40 was withdrawn from my İş Bankası credit card via PicMagic without my knowledge or consent. I have never made a purchase or held a subscription with this company. This transaction was made entirely without my authorization, and this is the first time I have experienced such an incident.
Right after noticing the charge, I contacted my bank and canceled my card for security reasons. I have not yet reached out to PicMagic’s customer service, but I am formally requesting a full refund of the unauthorized transaction.
In my card transaction history, the charge appears as: CTOOLAI*W+18888688954.
The related order number is P68752b92e4b0cbc6e7a42590.
I ask that this issue be investigated immediately and that my ₺959.40 be refunded as soon as possible.
