If PicMagic charges you for an expensive plan after you edited a photo for a small amount, the most effective approach is to file a claim with clear evidence showing the unexpected charge. Here are practical steps:

• Screenshot the charge: Save the receipt for the unexpected charge (bank statement, PayPal) alongside the amount you expected to pay for the minor edit.

• Review your account: Go to the Billing / Subscription panel in PicMagic and check which plan is active and at what price.

• Official form: Use the contact page to register your claim and attach your evidence.

• Cancel future plans: Turn off any active subscription from your account to prevent further charges.

If they don’t respond, document your claim on Xolvie so other users are alerted and additional pressure is applied for a refund.

I used PicMagic for a photo, which charged me €0.10, but the next day I saw an unauthorized charge of €49.99 in my bank account. I contacted customer service and canceled the subscription immediately, yet they said they could not see any active plan, which makes this charge even more unclear. I did not give permission for this transaction, and I request an immediate full refund of €49.99.
