PicMagic Unauthorized Transaction Refund Complaint

On August 13, 2025, I made a ₺5 payment on PicMagic using my credit card to enhance the resolution of a photo. However, on August 15, 2025, a ₺1,599 charge was made to my credit card without my knowledge or consent. I never started any subscription, nor did I approve or authorize such a transaction. I also did not receive any invoice, email, or confirmation message about this payment.

This is the first time I have experienced such an issue, and despite several attempts, I could not reach PicMagic customer support. I request that the unauthorized ₺1,599 charge be refunded immediately and that PicMagic clarify why such an unapproved withdrawal occurred.
