Picmagic Repeated Charges After One-Time Use

I visited the Picmagic website to use it only once and paid $0.12 USD to edit a single photo. Other than that, I never approved any membership, subscription, recurring payment, or knowingly agreed to any contract.
Despite this, on September 13, 2025, $38 USD was withdrawn from my Ziraat Katılım Bankası virtual card without my knowledge or consent. In October, the charge did not go through because my card limit was full, but on November 25, 2025, the same amount — $38 USD — was charged again. Because of this, I have suffered a total loss of $75 USD. Since Picmagic provides no contact information on its website, I have been unable to reach the company directly.
I request an immediate and full refund of the $75 USD withdrawn from my card without my consent, complete removal of my card details from their system, and assurance that such unauthorized charges will not happen again.
