PicMagic Charged 49€ Without My Permission
On 07/12, I used picmagic.co to test one photo for €0.10, without intending to purchase any subscription. The next day, my card was charged €49 for a subscription that I did not knowingly agree to, making the total amount taken from my card €50. I am located in Greece, and the charge was in euros. As soon as I noticed the €49 charge, I contacted my bank, and they informed me that I needed to resolve the issue directly with PicMagic. I then contacted PicMagic.co via email. They only offered to cancel my subscription, which I have already done, but they have not responded positively to my request for a refund of the €49. I consider this subscription charge to be unauthorized, as I only intended to test the service for €0.10, not to start a paid subscription. I request a full refund of the €49 that was taken from my card as soon as possible, and written confirmation that no further charges will be made to my card.
