On September 10, 2025, ₺1,600 was withdrawn from my account by a service called PicMagic, even though I have no membership, subscription, or prior connection with them. The card used for this unauthorized transaction ends with the digits 6430. This payment was made entirely without my knowledge or consent.
I demand that the unauthorized charge be refunded immediately and that the company take full responsibility for processing a payment without any valid authorization. This incident has caused me both financial and emotional distress, and I expect a prompt resolution and confirmation that my card details will be permanently removed from their system.
