Picmagic Charged My Credit Card Illegally
About a month ago, I created a membership on the Picmagic website through the Chrome browser on my computer for a single photo edit. The site asked for a $0.12 USD payment for one photo. However, without my approval or consent, $38 USD was charged to my credit card in a single transaction. After this unauthorized charge, I only received an email confirming that the payment was taken—no detailed explanation, no contract, and no customer service contact information was provided.
I was instructed to send an email to cancel the subscription, and I did so, but their website does not contain any user profile or subscription management section. My order code is: P68BD666be4b019566b78e41.
I request the immediate cancellation of this unauthorized charge, the termination of my membership, and a full refund of the $38 USD withdrawn from my account without my consent. I also want to emphasize that other users should be cautious to avoid experiencing the same issue.
