I signed up for a ₺5 membership on the PicMagic website to generate a digital anime-style portrait. However, today, ₺1,599 was withdrawn from my card without my knowledge or consent as a so-called “membership fee.” I did not approve or authorize this payment, and I have been unable to get any refund or proper assistance from their support team.
I have contacted PicMagic support, but no one has provided a solution. It’s unacceptable that such a high-value charge is made without any prior notice or confirmation message. I request the immediate refund of the ₺1,599 taken without authorization and the termination of this unauthorized membership.
