PicMagic Unauthorized Subscription Fee Refund Request

On August 4, 2025, I used the PicMagic website to convert one of my photos into a different format. When the photo was ready, the site asked for a ₺5 payment. I entered my card information, paid the ₺5 fee, and then closed the site. When I checked my card later that day, I saw the ₺5 had been charged correctly. However, on August 5, 2025, I checked again and was shocked to see that ₺1,599 had been withdrawn from my account without my knowledge or consent as a so-called “subscription fee.”

This situation is completely unfair and unauthorized. I never created any subscription, nor did I approve such a transaction. I demand an immediate refund of ₺1,599. Otherwise, I will file a formal complaint with the Consumer Protection Authority and take further legal action.
