PicMagic Charged for Annual Plan Without Clear Notice
I use the PicMagic photo editing app on my Android phone. On September 9, 2025, an amount of ₺1,599 was charged to my credit card for what appears to be an annual subscription. However, this fee is much higher than expected, and I was not given any prior notice or explanation about such a charge.
This is the first time I’ve experienced an issue like this, and I find the lack of transparency unacceptable. I am requesting a full refund of the ₺1,599 that was charged without proper notification. I kindly ask that my refund be processed as soon as possible and that PicMagic improve its communication and billing clarity to prevent such issues in the future.
