Unauthorized Charge From PicMagic After One Photo Edit
On August 25, 2025, I made a ₺5 payment on PicMagic for a single photo restoration. However, the result was extremely poor in quality and completely unusable. The following day, I discovered that ₺1,599 had been withdrawn from my account without my knowledge or consent.
I always use 3D Secure verification and phone confirmation for online purchases, yet my card information was used without authorization and this large amount was charged to my account. I attempted to contact PicMagic customer service, but I received no response through any channel.
I demand that this unauthorized transaction be investigated immediately and that the ₺1,599 be refunded to my credit card as soon as possible. I also request that PicMagic strengthen its payment security system to prevent other users from facing the same issue.
