Unauthorized PicMagic Subscription Charge - No Refund!

I used Picmagic on September 15, 2025 to generate a photo using their ₱2 feature, and I did not intend to purchase any subscription. However, on the next day, September 16, 2025, an amount of ₱949 was charged to my GCash account as a Picmagic subscription without my clear consent or understanding that I would be subscribed. As soon as I saw the ₱949 charge, I immediately cancelled the subscription on the same day and requested a refund. Despite doing this right away, I have not received any refund or clear update from Picmagic up to now. The account I used for Picmagic during this incident is registered with the email address: zyrahs***[email protected]. I am requesting a full refund of the unauthorized ₱949 subscription charge and written confirmation that my subscription is fully cancelled and that no further amounts will be taken from my GCash account. I expect this issue to be resolved as soon as possible.
