I used PicMagic to convert a file to a different format, and the site requested a ₺5 payment, which I made using my credit card. I have tried to contact PicMagic customer support, but I could not reach them. I request that this issue be resolved immediately and that the unauthorized ₺1,599 charge be refunded to my account.
