PicMagic Illegally Charged Without My Authorization

I used PicMagic to convert a file to a different format, and the site requested a ₺5 payment, which I made using my credit card. However, the next day, ₺1,599 was withdrawn from my account without my knowledge or consent. I did not start any subscription, nor did I approve such a transaction. Additionally, I did not receive any notification, invoice, or confirmation message regarding this charge.

I have tried to contact PicMagic customer support, but I could not reach them. I request that this issue be resolved immediately and that the unauthorized ₺1,599 charge be refunded to my account.
