PicMagic Charged My Card Without Any Active Membership

On August 16, 2025, I made a ₺5 payment on the PicMagic website for a single photo editing service. However, the next day, a ₺1,599 charge was made to my bank card without my knowledge or consent. I never started any subscription or approved such a transaction, and I did not receive any invoice, confirmation, or notification regarding this withdrawal.

This is the first time I have experienced such an issue. I attempted to contact PicMagic customer support, but could not reach anyone. After canceling the supposed subscription, I only received a message saying, “You can resubscribe anytime,” but no explanation or refund was provided. The transaction occurred in Bursa, Turkey, and five days have passed since the incident. My card’s last four digits are 6564.

I request that the unauthorized ₺1,599 charge be refunded immediately and that PicMagic provide an explanation for how this unauthorized withdrawal occurred.
