On September 19, 2025, at around 10:30 PM, the app PicMagic withdrew ₺1,599 from my account without my permission through its official website. I had only made a ₺5 purchase, and I never approved any additional payment or subscription. This charge was made without any prior notice or authorization.
After noticing the unauthorized transaction, I contacted Papara customer support, but they said they couldn’t assist me. I’m a student, and that money was all I had left. I have already canceled my subscription, but I demand a full refund of the ₺1,599 that was wrongfully taken from my account.
I respectfully request that this issue be investigated and that my financial loss be compensated immediately.
