Philips 3000 Device Not Repaired After Four Service

The product I received back from Philips authorized service today was once again not repaired, as they claimed no fault was found. I ask you, is there really no problem with the device you see in the current video? Is this how the device is sold? I used it without any issues until April 3, but afterward, it started having the same problem repeatedly. Now the authorized service says the device was tested for 5 hours, no issues were detected, and if the problem continues, I should contact the brand directly, as they cannot do anything further. This is a complete case of consumer victimization. This was the fourth time the device was sent to the authorized service. Despite being sent multiple times, the problem has not been resolved, and I am requesting a full refund.
