My Philips Robot Vacuum Constantly Broke Down and Was Returned Broken



I bought a Philips robot vacuum cleaner, and within 2 years I had to send it for warranty repairs 10 times. After the warranty expired, they demanded an excessive repair fee. Since it kept breaking down and going in for repairs, I was never able to use it properly, which caused me great frustration. In the end, the authorized service returned the product to me in a broken condition. I request that Philips replace my product with a new one.
