Philips Coffee Machine Gasket Gone - No Warranty, No Separate Part!

On March 14, 2025, I purchased a Philips HD7459/20 Daily Collection Filter Coffee Machine. While washing the filter, the gasket on the filter pin came off and got lost. I took it to the service center, and they told me it wouldn’t be covered under warranty. They also said the gasket couldn’t be purchased separately and that I would need to buy the entire container unit for ₺450. The total price of the product was ₺2,000, so the cost of the replacement part is about a quarter of the product’s value. Instead of offering a simple gasket, Philips chose to inconvenience its customers. I will never buy a Philips product again and will discourage those around me from doing so. I previously bought a Philips TV as well, and even though it had a clear defect, they refused to replace it. I had to go to the Consumer Arbitration Board and eventually won my money back through legal action. It looks like I’ll have to do the same again this time.
